பேலியோ சாட் | PALEO chaat recipe in Tamil | How to to make paleo snack in Tamil

Paleo cheese chaat:

Ingredients:

To make Paleo Masala cheese chaat:

Cheese crackers
2 Tbl sp grated cheddar cheese / desiccated coconut
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
11/2 tsp Chaat masala
2 Tblsp grated carrot
1Tbl sp green chutney
1 tsp lemon juice

To make Paleo Dahi papdi Chaat:

Cheese crackers
1/2 cup thick curd mixed with salt
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 Tbl sp grated carrot
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seed powder
3Tbl sp green chutney
3 Tbl sp sour sauce
1 Tbl sp Ghee
salt

To make cheese crackers:

Cheese singles
butter paper/ parchment paper

To make green chutney:

1 handful of coriander leaves chopped roughly
1/2 handful of mint leaves chopped roughly
2 green chilli
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
1tsp chaat masala
salt

To make Sour sauce:

11/2 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
1 tsp fennel seed powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 Tbl sp honey (optional)
salt

Direction:

Cheese crackers:

make each cheese singles into 4 equal pieces.

Take a palm sized butter paper and place 4 pieces of cheese and microwave it for 1 min.

Remove from the oven.

Yummy cheese crackers are ready.

Green Chutney:

Grind coriander and mint leaves and green chilli together to make a fine paste.

Add Lemon juice Chaat masala , cumin seed powder and salt , mix well.

Tamarind chutney:

Mix all the ingredients with little water.

Paleo Masala Cheese Chaat:

Mix all the ingredients well except cheddar cheese.

Garnish with cheddar cheese or desiccated coconut and serve immediately.

Paleo Dahi chaat:

Assembling:

Arrange the cheese crackers on a plate.

Then top up with onion and tomatoes.

Add curd on top it.

Top up with green and sour sauce.

Sprinkle Cumin seed and chilli powder and chaat masala.

Garnish with coriander leaves and grated carrot.

Serve immediately.

Note:
Remember Chaat masala and cheese contains salt in it.
