Hi Starling Fam!! In today’s fitness vlog I show the recipe (written below) for these HEALTHY pumpkin spice energy balls that only take 10 minutes!!! Make these and send me pictures (you will be OBSESSED). SUBSCRIBE!!
♡ R E C I P E ♡
1 cup of dates soaked in water, covered for 10 minutes (drain when added to mixture)
1/2 cup of walnuts or pecans
1/3 cup of pumpkin
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 TBSP Flax Seedds
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Vanilla
Dash of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Pumpkin Pie Spice, & Pink Himalayen Sea Salt
1. Pulse nuts until gritty.
2. Add in all other ingredients
3. Pulse or hand mash until desired consistency
4. Place in fridge to chill for 30 minutes
5. Roll into balls & enjoy!
(Store in tubberware and in fridge)
