WHATS GOOD YOUTUBE ?! It’s your boy Jon Mango, back with another fitness & nutrition informative video here. In this video, I’m covering a complete 3 days of a 1200 calorie meal plan for fat loss
! as the name implies, most people… actually pretty much EVERYONE ages 19 or above, are eating this low amount of calories for fat loss! This set up with the proper calories and macros will allow you to achieve a calorie deficit which will help burn off tons of fat as you follow it !
As opposed to my typical ‘meal plan’ videos, in this one, I gave you 3 separate days for you to follow to give you some variety and to play around with. As always, at the end of the video, I explain and show you how anyone can adjust this to fit their goals and to continue seeing progress over time following this plan.
Of course, this is just advice and I don’t recommend you follow this exact plan. Consult with your doctor first and ensure that you can follow a plan like this before starting it out.
