RECIPES

PEANUT BUTTER PALEO COOKIES

1 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill paleo baking flour
2 eggs

CHIA SEED LEMON PALEO COOKIES

1 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill paleo baking flour
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp lemon zest (about 1 medium lemon)
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 medium lemon)
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup pure maple syrup

CHOCOLATE CHUNK PALEO COOKIES

1 cup creamy almond butter
1/2 pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill paleo baking flour
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1/2 cup dark chocolate morsels

NO-OATMEAL OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

1 cup Bob’s Red Mill paleo baking flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
11/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
