This video highlights a few ways to cook spaghetti squash! Gluten-free and void of carbs, spaghetti squash is the best compromise between healthy and delicious comfort food. Of course, not only are these healthy dinner ideas good for you, but they also taste delicious. Spaghetti squash has a pretty mild taste, so the sky’s the limit for flavor opportunities and ingredient combinations.

All of my videos are edited by me using the editing programs Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop. – Spaghetti Squash Carbonara
1 spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/2 cup pancetta, cubed
2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg, beaten
1/2 cup Pecorino Romano, grated, plus more for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste

– Spaghetti Squash Chow Mein
For the chow mein:
1 large spaghetti squash
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, grated
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
3 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
3 celery stalks, thinly sliced diagonally
2 carrots, peeled and julienned
2 cups thinly shredded green cabbage
1 cup bean sprouts
Sliced green onion, for garnish

For the honey Sriracha sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Sriracha
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/3 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the chicken:
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided, plus more for frying
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– Greek Stuffed Spaghetti Squash
2 small spaghetti squash
17 ounces spinach
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 lemon, zest only
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Small bunch dill
Small bunch parsley
1 egg
3 1/2 ounces feta
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

– Spaghetti Squash Fritters
3 cups spaghetti squash, cooked
1/2 cup flour
1 cup whole milk ricotta, drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 eggs
3 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Greek yogurt, as garnish
Chopped scallions, as garnish

– Skinny Alfredo Roasted Spaghetti Squash
1 medium-sized spaghetti squash
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoon chickpea flour
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Garnish: fresh Italian parsley

– Spaghetti Squash Gratin
1/2 spaghetti squash
Olive oil
100 grams ground beef
1/2 canned tomato
50 grams onion
1 tablespoon powdered bouillon
50 grams shredded cheese
