I’m back this week with a wrap idea for those AIP flatbreads I show you last week! This is an Autoimmune Paleo Protocol compliant Gyro Wrap Sandwich! I seriously feel like this tastes just like one you’d get at a Mediterranean restaurant.
In this video I show you how to make all of the components (including an AIP tzatziki sauce) and also how to prepare the meat and flatbreads to freeze for later. Seriously, you can make these, freeze the meat and flatbreads, and then take out sometime when you need a quick lunch or dinner – whether to-go or at home.
My boys ate THREE of these each when I first made them, so these are obviously not weird or scream AIP 🙂
