-Ancient populations with heart disease. Why promote a paleo style diet if they did not live long and had disease when we have more data on a better modern plant based diet to prevent disease? NO ONE is getting heart disease with a total cholesterol level under 130. A low fat vegan diet will 99% of the time put you below that unless you have genetic abnormalities:
– Fruitarian deadlift PR at the time (granted new into being fruitarian for this vid but my lifts got even heavier this was just in the beginning):
-Go to 2 mins in to see my body and lifting as a low fat low protein vegan. This was a few months back to eating cooked food but I was raw recently in the past when I filmed this and built the muscle you see on…. mainly fruit.

Calories provided from 1 acre of land:
-1 million edible calories per grass finished cow. 1 acre needed per year for a grass finished cow and more land for fully grass fed cow.
-17.8 million cals per acre growing potatoes
-12.3 million corn
-6.4 million wheat
-2.1 soy beans
Growing plants on land instead of animals is much more land efficient and that is what we are striving for. Less agriculture, more wild land.
