This paleo guacamole recipe is super easy to quickly make up and makes for a great side dish, dip or as an addition to a meal. If you’re after the full recipe you can find the link below.
As you probably already know here are quite a few variations of guacamole out there. In this recipe I make use of the following ingredients:
• 2 Avocados
• ½ Red onion finely diced
• 1 Lime juiced
• 1 Tomato finely diced
• 1 Tbsp. Cilantro chopped
If there is any ingredient in this paleo guacamole recipe that you don’t really like, then you can remove it. You can basically remove almost every ingredient but the avocados and lime and still have a good guacamole recipe.
This recipe calls for an avocado that soft and not hard, if you have one too hard you will find that it is almost impossible to mash it up. When choosing an avocado simply press the avocado slightly and if it dents then it should be fine for use in this paleo guacamole.
