If you’re eating AIP and on-the-go and suddenly find yourself hungry and without a snack, what do you do? Or if you’ve traveled somewhere and haven’t had a chance to prep any food? Don’t let panic set in, just use this list of foods you can get at most grocery stores, Targets, Wal-marts and even some gas station convenience stores.
Note: This list is primarily focused on what you can get in the US, but if you are located outside of the US there are still quite a few things on this list that you should be able to find.
I refer to my 25 AIP Snacks video, which gives you snack ideas for the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol (AIP). Many of them have to be prepared, but it’s a good list if you’re looking for non-emergency snack ideas:
