In this video I give you Ideas on how to eat keto at the beach! You will see what i eat in a typical beach day with some ideas on snacks too & Intermittent Fasting.

I drink the NAT ketones while fasted in the morning for my morning workout or even if I don’t workout it helps with extending my fast and naturally most people produce low ketones in the morning, through testing I do as well, so this is when I make sure I have ketones, I have a KETO//UP on the beach in the afternoon after my first meal because It helped me break my diet coke addiction and keeps me on track the rest of the day as well as boosts my ketone levels after consuming food. When I do not go to the beach I usually have a Keto Kreme in the afternoon after lunch and then keto//UP a bit later in the day.
