HOW TO MAKE MONGOLIAN BEEF IN THE PRESSURE COOKER / paleo

R E C I P E

2 lbs top sirloin steak
2-3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup liquid aminos
1/4 cup water
1-2 tablespoons tapioca starch (to thicken sauce)

turn cosori on saute
cut steak into strips
add oil to pot
brown steak in pot
add remaining ingredients except tapioca startch
stir to combine
turn off cosori and put the lid on
make sure lid is locked, the steam vaulve is locked and the red pin is down
then turn on meat/stew mode
adjust to low (25min)
press start
when cosori is done release pressure carefully
safely remove lid
seperate meat from sauce
mix tapioca starch with a little bit of water and add to sauce to thicken
add meat back in and stir
search over steamed cauliflower rice with a side of sauteed broccoli
