This recipe is super easy and simple, not to mention so delicious!!! My husband wanted to keep his yogurt parfaits on the keto diet, so I came up with this granola recipe.

R E C I P E
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 cups chopped mixed nuts
1/2 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup hempseeds
1/8 tsp salt
sprinkle cinnamon and cardamom
20-30 drops liquid vanilla stevia (
1 egg white
Mix all ingredients together, bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, stirring multiple times. Let cool before storing in a cool, dry place.
MACROS: I do not have the macros listed, since every one eats a different portion. You can easily add these ingredients to your favorite calorie/macro counting app.
