How to make soft Paneer pongal… few people said that they are not getting soft pongal, instead it becomes hard and dry.
As much as I know I gave a recipe to avoid that problem.
Already I have posted the video for cauliflower pongal which is my favourite in Paleo diet.

Ingredients:
150g Paneer
2 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp pepper broken1 green chilli chopped
1 tsp chopped ginger
3 cashews broken
Curry leaves
Salt

Direction:
Grate the paneer after defrosting it, don’t let it dry.
Heat ghee in a pan add all the ingredients one by one saute well.
switch off the stove and let it cool down for a while and add the paneer this stage, mix well.
Transfer the paneer to the serving plate immediately.
Because of the absorption of the heat paneer becomes harder. There is no onion, tomato or vegetable to take the heat.
So do this method to get soft paneer pongal.
It can be eaten with sambar, chutney or brinjal kothsu.
