I’ve been getting a lot of requests lately to do a Day of Eating vlog. At long last, here is my day of eating on a Ketogenic diet for weight loss. While I am stricter some days more than others, my main goals are to not feel bloated, have good digestion, and keep my weight loss progressing at a stable pace.
Even if you’re not following a keto diet, I’m hopeful that you can get some ideas for yourself, and that there’s something in here that can benefit you.

4 ounces full-fat Cream Cheese
4 tablespoons of Almond Flour
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Flour *optional*
1.5 teaspoons of Baking Powder
Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Stevia/Monkfruit to taste
Keto Butter Chicken
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (can use breasts if desired, but they dry out more quickly and have less fat)
1 cup heavy cream
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP Tomato Paste
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 of a medium onion, diced
1.5 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp ground ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Cut chicken into small chunks and add them to the dry spice blend. Dice onions and mince garlic. Put your butter in the pan, and add the onions and garlic. Cook until they are slightly translucent. Add the chicken and cook until approximately 90% done (155 degrees, give or take).
Add in heavy cream and tomato paste, and mix well. Let simmer on low heat until the dish has an orange tint, and the flavors are fully incorporated. Serve with cauliflower rice or Keto naan.
