Paleo Bread – Sandwich Bread Recipe
1/4 cup – almond butter
5 – medium eggs 3
1/4 cup – coconut oil, melted3
1 tbsp – pure honey3
1 tsp – apple cider vinegar3
1 1/2 cup – almond flour
1/2 cup – ground flaxseed meal
2 tbsp – coconut flour3
1 tsp – baking soda3
1/2 tsp – salt3
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl using a hand blender, blend the eggs, almond butter, coconut oil, honey and apple cider vinegar.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt.
Note: Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
5. Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until dark brown.
7. Remove from the oven and allow the loaf to cool for 10 minutes.
8. Remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack for another 10 minutes.
9. Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator – can last for one week.
