Paleo Diet for Beginners

I did a weeklong detox a few months back and I felt really good at the end of it and lost some weight but then the holidays hit and it has not been pretty I gained a lot of weight and lost a lot of motivation and energy I want to dive back into this and keep a video diary of it hopefully to help others but it also really helps me as far as accountability goes knowing that I have to keep updating my progress and how I'm doing I'll be posting updates every couple of weeks, maybe once a month to track my progress I'll put a lot more information below in the description if you want to learn more about exactly what I'm doing or if you're not aware of what the paleo diet entails I'll go over some of that information as well So wish me luck:) and I look forward to really getting back in shape and feeling good again and hopefully motivating others to do the same
