Paleo Diet Weight Loss Results | 9 Month Results
I FINALLY finished an update video on my results with the paleo diet. These video updates help me in terms of accountability and hopefully it inspires others to get healthy as well.
As I mention in the video, just because my body responds so well to the paleo diet doesn’t mean it is right for everyone. It is worth a try though if the paleo diet sounds interesting to you.
What I love the most about the paleo diet has nothing to do with weight loss – it’s ALL about how great I feel. My mood is better, I have more energy, I feel more stable and balanced and ready to take on the stresses of life, I sleep better, and my skin is always WAY better when I am fueling myself properly. My skin takes an on entirely different look when I am focused on a clean, plant based diet free from all the grains and sugar I usually love to consume! I do not suffer from acne like I used to, but I am still prone to breakouts – especially if I’m eating a bunch of junk food!
I love eating fresh or frozen fruits, all types of vegetables – raw and cooked, coconut oil and milk, nuts, seeds (my favorite are hemp and chia), grass fed butter, salmon and tuna and sardines, and occasional chicken or grass fed beef. I try to keep my diet focused on veggies and fruits as much as possible.
