Paleo / keto idli (veg) | pure veg Paleo idli | How to make soft paneer idli :

பேலியோ இட்லி (வெஜ்) :

Many times I tried for this veg idli recipe, but not satisfied and finally got this beautiful, tasty idlis.

It was very soft, little fluffy, satisfied mind with the combination of coriander chutney and paleo idli podi.

Ingredients:

Flaxseed powder from 1 1/2 tsp flaxseed.
100g paneer
1/4 cup ground fresh coconut
Salt

Direction:

Mix the flax seed powder into 4-5 tsp warm water and keep it for 5-10 mins to get gel consistency.

Crumble the paneer .

Grind the coconut without water.

Combine all the above together to get a thick dough like batter, divide into 4 equal portions.

Apply ghee to a idli mould and place one portion in each cavity.

Steam for 8-10 mins and keep for 5 mins until the heat reduces.

Serve with coconut chutney, paleo idli podi or sambar whatever you desire.

If you want to make more then increase the ingredients to double.
