Paleo Mayonnaise Recipe

This paleo mayonnaise recipe is so easy to make and still retains that amazing flavor we all love about mayonnaise. In this video I show you how to quickly make this mayonnaise with the use of a food processor.

• 2 Egg yolks
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ¾ cup Light tasting olive oil
• ¼ cup coconut oil (Softened)
• Salt & Pepper

Now in this video I made use of an electronic food processor you are also able to do this using a whisk and a bowl. It will take a lot of work and I highly recommend investing in a food processor in the future if you plan on making you mayo a lot.

As this is also a raw egg product make sure you refrigerate this straight after you have made it. I would personally only keep it in the fridge for the maximum of 7 days any longer you risk of bad bacteria growing.
