We now know it is confirmed that bad Cholesterol damages your heart. The Mediterranean diet turned out to effectively lower your cholesterol, it helps your heart, and was invented by Ancel Keys. It is essentially a Vegetarian diet plus a tiny amount of fish. It is high-fat but that fat is plant-based such as olive oil which is cholesterol-free, instead of butter or lard which contains saturated fat and cholesterol. But the BEST DIET for human health turned out to be VEGAN. It was even better than Mediterranean. The Paleo Diet was WORST for human health. You can lose weight on it, but you gain it back, and in the meantime it is linked to Rectal Cancer, getting Diabetes, Strokes, and becoming Demented. Turns out the Paleo diet was not based on science. It was debunked back in the year 2005. Though thousands still mistakenly believe that it is based on science, it was found to be fallacious. Not only that, one Paleo Diet author, Mark Sisson, was found advocating illegal testosterone steroid use. The Founder of CROSSFIT, named Greg Glassman is now obese and unfit after doing crossfit and eating a crossfit paleo-zone diet. Lowcarber Gary Taubes is now overweight on his own low-carb diet. The inventor of the Paleo Diet, Loren Cordain, is now overweight with bellyfat and has grown unhealthy on his own Paleolithic diet. Another anti-grain anti-wheat lowcarb paleo advocator and author of the book “Wheat Belly” named Dr. William Davis was found doing an interview with David Duke the former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan [The author of WheatBelly was caught chatting with the ex Grand Wizard of the KKK, a White Supremacist racist. Do NOT recommend WheatBelly to other people]. The kind of meat in the paleo diet has been linked to Cancer, Brain Damage, and Shortened Lifespan.
