In this video, I test recipes from Predominantly Paleo blogger, Jennifer Robin’s new cookbook, Paleo Cooking With Your Instant Pot. I meal prep for the 21 Day Fix and show how I handled some missteps along the way. The jury is still out about my rating for this cookbook (you’ll see why), but the flavor on both recipes were outstanding. My husband gave it all two thumbs up! I plan to video a few more attempts at recipes from this cookbook and then I’ll do a real review on my blog. *Note – If you are just starting the 21 Day Fix, you may want to stick to recipes that don’t use bacon. Only turkey bacon is an “approved food” in the guide. I am of the mindset that small amounts of animal fat help you feel more full. I use uncured, nitrate free bacon in moderation and I have had great results incorporating it into my meal prep.
