WHAT I EAT IN A DAY // PALEO EDITION

HI LOVES! I decided to take you guys through a typical day of eating with me. I am trying to lose a bit of weight before the school year so this is what I eat to lose 1-2 pounds per week. By no means am I a nutritionist or doctor but I think that I overall eat pretty well and can provide you all with some good examples of healthy, easy to make meals. RECIPES I USED:

breakfast smoothie (about 400 cals)-
2 cups spinach
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 scoop collagen
1 scoop vanilla protein powder OR 1 tablespoon peanut butter

snack: RX bar in chocolate sea salt (200 cals)

lunch (about 300 cals):
2 cups asian vegetable stir fry
3 oz grilled chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

dinner (makes 5 pancakes & about 400 cals):
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup almond flour
2 egg whites
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon almond butter
1-2 tablespoons agave syrup
