What’s different in my body since quitting paleo?

Recently I quit the paleo diet after 4 years and while my diet still includes all of my previous foods and I still value foods like healthy fats, fermented foods, animal protein, organ meats, etc. My diet now has more variety because I have reintroduced some grains and legumes back into it while also changing my macros to increase my protein and carbohydrate intake while at the same time reducing my fats a little bit.

So far it has been a very enjoyable experience and I already have noticed several changes in my body; it has also helped me emotionally in becoming more relaxed about eating in restaurants or at social events. I also practice intermittent fasting daily and I find this to be the most satisfying and enjoyable way of eating I have ever had.

I encourage you to play around with your own diet to find out what works for you. We are all different and have different needs and goals.
